Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Printavo MCP is operated by PRINTFLO LLC ("PrintFlo", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to data we process when you use Printavo MCP to sync your Printavo shop data and connect it to AI assistants. PrintFlo is an independent connector and is not affiliated with Printavo, Inc.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, shop name, and the Printavo API token you provide to connect your account. Your API token is stored encrypted.
  • Synced shop data — data we retrieve from your Printavo account on your behalf, including orders, customers, inquiries, messages, and line items.
  • Usage & analytics data — basic product analytics about how the service is used (for example, via PostHog), which help us operate and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide and operate the service for you: to sync your Printavo shop data, make it available to the AI clients you connect, maintain security and reliability, and provide support. We do not use your shop data for advertising.

4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Shop Data

We will never sell, rent, or share your shop data — including your orders, customers, inquiries, or messages — with third parties. Your shop data is yours. We access it only to provide the service to you, and we do not disclose it to anyone else except as strictly required to operate the service (see Third-Party Services below) or where required by law.

5. Aggregated & Anonymized Data

We may anonymize and aggregate data so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you, your shop, or your customers, and use that aggregated data to produce statistics and to understand and improve the product. Because this data is anonymized and aggregated, it does not identify you or your shop, and it is never tied back to your individual orders or customers.

6. Data Storage & Security

Synced data is stored in a secured PostgreSQL database. Your Printavo API token is encrypted at rest, and access to data is scoped to your account. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on a limited set of third-party services to operate Printavo MCP, including the Printavo API (the source of your synced data) and product analytics tooling (such as PostHog). We share only what is necessary for these services to function and do not authorize them to use your shop data for their own purposes.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated shop data at any time, and we will delete or anonymize it, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we stop processing it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
